Brahm Giani 111 Sant Baba Sudha Singh Ji Thakur laid foundation of GurudwaraVadha Dera in the Daudhar village. Sant 108 Baba Veer Singh Ji succeeded Sant Baba Sudha Singh ji Thakur and carried out his desires.
Brahm Giani 108 Sant Baba Mangal Singh Ji was born in this village and was touched and inspired by the jointly & truthful living of the above named great saints, started helping the poor, blind, handicap and abundant by inspiring them to learn Kirtan& Path to serve the society and mankind under the blessings of Sant Baba Veer Singh Ji. Baba Mangal Singh also sent some of his students to Kashi for religious studies to enrich so as to preach universal brotherhood. Baba Ji worked for uplifting the suppressed throughout his life by undertaking such great spiritual works. Baba Ji fulfilled the dreams of Sant Baba 111 Sudha Singh Ji Thakur and Sant 108 Baba Veer Singh Ji who blessed him.
In the everlasting memory of Sant 108 Baba Mangal Singh Ji ‘Baba Mangal Singh Institute of Education’ has been established at Barnala Road, (Bughipura) Moga to serve the humanity. This Institution works on our old traditional religious culture keeping face with professional code of ethics and train the persons to serve mankind as desired by Sant Baba Mangal Singh Ji Maharaj.
The Baba Mangal Singh Institute of Education, Bughipura, Moga nearly 9 km away from Moga, located on Moga-Barnala G.T. Road was established in 2005. This institution is running under ‘Indo German Education Society (Regd.) Badhni Kalan, Distt. Moga under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The Institution is recognized by ‘National Council for Teacher Education NRC (NCTE), Jaipur (Rajasthan) and affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh for B.Ed. and SCERT (Punjab Government) for E.T.T. course.
The vision of the institute is to equip well qualified, farsighted, responsible, honest, democratic, skilled and innovative teachers for the society by imbibing in them a desire of excellence, development of right attitude, critical thinking, missionary zeal, virtues, values and quality of head and heart.
Baba Mangal Singh Institute of Education, Bughipura (Moga) marches ahead with a mission statement “Education is Light.” It also aims at upliftment of rural students and to produce dynamic and competent teachers with ingraining competencies and dedication to the progress of society through preservation, creation and application of knowledge in entering the global scenario

Education is not merely a mean to earning a thing, nor is it only a nursery of thought or simply a school for nurturing citizenship. It is initiation into the life of spirit, a training a human souls in the pursuit of truth and the practice of virtue. It is indeed a second birth.
Thus, the undisputed pivotal role of a teacher creeps in silently and expands its aura in ever increasing and widening circles. It is a teacher who helps to keep the lamp of civilization burning. Obviously, no people can rise above the level of its teachers.
A teacher should uphold the dignity and honour of his profession. He must keep himself abreast with the latest advance in Education, so as to be able to provide highest quality assurance in teaching profession.
